History:
The Rogers & Brown House Bed & Breakfast has a rich 300 year history. The property and brook were used by the first Glover in the colony in the 1600’s. A small salt box stood on this property. Dr. Rogers owned a large federal house above the town green. Madame Rogers founded a school for young women in the colonies in the 1700’s Dr. Brown moved the Rogers house and put it over the first period salt box in 1837.
